moment and one compliment
meant more than I can ever
express, and one I’ll never forget.”
Strength looks
different on all
of us, and your
version is just
as valid.
Through her journey, Ellie has learned
that strength is more than just
physical, it’s discipline, consistency,
resilience, and self-belief. Her
advice for women navigating health
challenges is clear: “Please, please
be kind to yourself. Your journey may
look different to others, and it may
not always look the way you wish
it did, but that doesn’t make it any
less meaningful or impressive. Some
days that might be a heavy lifting
session, other days it might be a walk,
stretching, pilates, or even a rest day.
Strength looks different on all of us,
and your version is just as valid.”
On tough days, Ellie reminds herself
of the version of her who once
doubted she could ever feel strong.
“I show up for her. I think about how
far I’ve come, and that alone keeps
me going. I refuse to give up on the
person I fought so hard to become.”
Her story is a powerful reminder that
overcoming obstacles, embracing
resilience, and celebrating every
form of strength is what true
empowerment looks like.
