means in 2026
The 2026 theme
encourages generosity
with purpose. GIVE
TO GAIN invites
individuals, workplaces
and communities to
offer support in many
meaningful ways. When
we give, everyone
gains. We gain healthier
relationships, more
inclusive workplaces,
stronger communities
and better futures for
women and girls.
Giving can take many
forms. It might be
mentoring a young
woman who is building
her career. It might be
supporting women
led businesses or
community programs. It
can be using your voice
to speak up for fairness
and safety. It can be
sharing opportunities,
knowledge or resources.
Every act, no matter how
small, contributes to a
world that is kinder and
more equal.
